Are your greenhouses open to the public?
Yes! Starting March 3rd, we will be opening to the public for the 2021 season. Our hours are Wednesday to Saturday for the month of March. We are also open for online orders for curbside pickup or local delivery. The online store will have a curated selection of plants and supplies.
How does curbside pickup work?

I don't see the product I want in the online store...
Our online store is currently a curated selection of the plants we have in-store. Unforunately, not every single plant that is available in-store will be available online. If you can't find something you're looking for online, send us an email and we'll be happy to help.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we delivery locally across the National Capital Region! Rates start at $25.00 for local delivery and up depending on where you are situated. Delivery can be chosen during your checkout process if your location is eligible. If you're having any issues, contact us directly to see if we can deliver to you.
Do you offer shipping?
Sorry, we don't currently ship!
We offer local delivery across the National Capital Region and Plant Runz delivery for those in Ontario along the 401, GTA, to Niagara.
Do you still offer landscaping services?
Unfortunately, we no longer offer full landscape design services. However, we are happy to help with tree planting and to assist you by giving quality suggestions for your home. Come to see us in-store with photos of your property, and our experts can give you some suggestions on what to plant.
Can I return a product?
At this time, all sales are final. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your purchases via email at info@robertplantegreenhouses.com.
Are you still available for gardening advice and questions?
Definitely! Visit us in-store, call us, email us, or send us a message on our live chat for any questions you may have, and we'll try our best to help.
When will my order be ready?
Standard order fulfilment time is 1-3 days, with most orders being ready within 1 day or less. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready.
Why haven't I received any emails after placing my order?
If you haven't received any order confirmation email, please check your Junk mail. Otherwise, it is likely there was an error in the spelling of your email address. Send us a message to check on the status of your order.
Can I add to or modify my order?
Once your order is placed, we can no longer modify your order or add any extra items. Please place a second order with the additional items and you can pickup both orders at the same time once they are ready.
How often do you re-stock products?
All the time! It all depends on the time of year and what's in season. We always have multiple shipments of houseplants coming in weekly. Please follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to be notified of new arrivals.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our online store accepts credit and some debit cards. In-store, we accept all major debit and credit cards, cash and we accept TAP contact-less payments.
How can I use my gift card?
Visit us in-store to use your gift card at any time.
Can I choose the plants in person?
Yes! We are open for in-store shopping.
Do you offer planting services?
Yes, we are able to offer planting services on trees, as well as delivery. Pricing depends on the size of the tree and location.
