  • Are your greenhouses open to the public?
    Yes! Our greenhouses are open to the public year-round. Please click here to view our current business hours.
  • Do you offer delivery?
    Yes, we can deliver to you! Rates start at $45.00 & up depending on your location. Ask an associate in-store for details, or email us at info@robertplantegreenhouses.com if you wish to place an order.
  • Do you sell gift cards?
    Yes! Gift cards can be purchased in-store during regular business hours, or can be purchased online and received by email.
  • Do you accept pre-orders for Spring annuals and vegetables?
    No, we do not accept any pre-orders for any annuals or vegetables.
  • Do you sell perennials, shrubs and trees?
    Absolutely! We carry a large selection of perennials, shrubs and trees in our nursery. Visit us during our regular business hours to view and purchase. Please note that while we try to keep the inventory on our website as up to date as possible, availability may vary in-store as we move and receive lots of product every week. We typically receive 3-4 trucks weekly from our local growers during the peak of the season. Pricing is not displayed online as it can vary depending on the size and variety.
  • Do you offer curbside pickup?
    Currently, we do not offer online shopping. For those who are unable to visit the store in person, please contact us at info@robertplantegreenhouses.com so that we can do our best to arrange a pickup or delivery for you.
  • Are you available for gardening advice and questions?
    Definitely! We have staff in the greenhouses and in the nursery yard that are more then happy to answer any of your questions.
  • Do you offer tree planting services?
    Yes, we offer tree planting and/or delivery services for any trees purchased in-store! Ask an associate for details to arrange your appointment. Please note, tree planting is done on a first come, first serve basis and cannot be pre-booked a long time ahead. Visit the store to pick out your tree(s), and then schedule your planting date. Save the hassle of planting yourself and have the peace of mind knowing it was done right!
  • Do you warranty your trees?
    All live plants & trees are sold final sale. We guarantee they are healthy at the time of purchase, but no additional warranty applies once they leave the garden centre. Please chat with our staff for best planting & care practices when buying a new tree. If you have any issues with your newly purchased tree, please email photos to info@robertplantegreenhouses.com and claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • How often do you re-stock products?
    Every single day! We always try to keep our garden centre fully stocked full of great plants and products for you. Follow us on social media to see our posts and stories showcasing the new arrivals. Our Instagram stories are updated daily to show new products rolling in. If we don't have something you're looking for, let us know!
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major debit and credit cards, cash and we accept TAP contact-less payments.
  • Do you still offer landscaping services?
    Unfortunately, we no longer offer full landscape design services. However, we are happy to help with tree planting and to assist you by giving quality suggestions for your home. Come to see us in-store with photos of your property, and our experts can give you some suggestions on what to plant.
  • Are you dog-friendly?
    Yes! You are welcome to bring your dog on a leash for a visit to our garden center. Make sure to snap a few pictures of them and tag us on social media!
