Are your greenhouses open to the public?


Yes! We are open to the public Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 4pm. We are also open for online orders and curbside pickup!




How does curbside pickup work?


1. Place your order online. Browse our selection here.​ 2. We'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup via email. 3. Pickup at our greenhouses during regular business hours. Call us at 613-835-9266 when you arrive with your order number & parking number, and we'll be out shortly with your order.




I don't see the product I want in the online store...


New plants, flowers and supplies are added every week! Send us a message if you are looking for a specific product that you don't see online.




Do you offer delivery?


Yes, we delivery locally! Please email us or send us a message on social media for a delivery quote prior to placing your order online. The delivery fee will vary based on your location. If you are from GTA region, Plant Runz is our official delivery partner. Please get in touch with them to verify their next pickup date at our greenhouses.




Do you offer shipping?


Canada-wide shipping is now finished for the 2020 season. Send us an email or message us on Facebook or Instagram. If you are from GTA region, Plant Runz is our official delivery partner. Please get in touch with them to verify their next pickup date at our greenhouses.




Do you still offer landscaping services?


We will be fulfilling existing contracts but not accepting any new clients for the 2020-2021 seasons. We apologize for the inconvenience.




Can I return a product?


Unfortunately, we are not allowed to accept any returns or exchanges during this season. All sales are final. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your purchases via email at info@robertplantegreenhouses.com.




Do you sell gift cards?


Yes! You can purchase one by clicking here >.




Are you still available for gardening advice and questions?


Definitely! Call us, email us, or come and see us in-store during regular business hours for help with any questions you may have.




When will my order be ready?


Standard order fulfilment time is 1-3 days, with most orders being ready within 1 day or less. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready.




Why haven't I received any emails after placing my order?


If you haven't received any order confirmation email, please check your Junk mail. Otherwise, it is likely there was an error in the spelling of your email address. Send us a message to check on the status of your order.




Can I add to or modify my order?


Once your order is placed, we can no longer modify your order or add any extra items. Please place a second order with the additional items and you can pickup both orders at the same time once they are ready.




How often do you re-stock products?


Please follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to be notified of new arrivals. We have new shipments coming in weekly.




What payment methods do you accept?


Our online store accepts credit and some debit cards. In-store, we accept all major debit and credit cards, and cash.




How can I use my gift card?


Gift cards can be redeemed in store at any time. To use them for an online order, here are the steps: 1. Place your order online normally. 2. Insert your gift card in an envelope, and write your order number & gift card amount on the envelope. 3. When coming to pickup your order, place the envelope with the gift card in your trunk. 4. Advise staff who are delivering the order to your car about the gift card. 5. The gift card will be verified and you will receive a refund on your order for the amount of the gift card, later the same day.




Are products purchased in 2020 under warranty?


No. Plants purchased in 2020 are not covered under warranty. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us info@roberplantegreenhouses.com and we will deal with the refund/request on a case-by-case basis.




Can I choose the plants in person?


Yes! We are open to the public Tues-Sat from 8am to 4pm. If ordering online, staff will always try to choose the best possible plant. If you are NOT satisfied with your online order, please advise staff right away when picking up your order. We want you to be fully satisfied with your order!




Do you offer planting services?


Yes, we are able to offer planting services on trees, as well as delivery. Pricing depends on the size of the tree, and can be found here. Please give us a call at 613-835-9266 (press 1) to inquire about tree planting, or send us an email.
