Are your greenhouses open to the public?


Yes! Our greenhouses are open to the public year-round. We ask that you follow all of our COVID guidelines for in-store shopping to keep both our staff and fellow guests safe during your visit. Please click here to view our current business hours.




Do you offer curbside pickup?


At this time, we do not offer online shopping. Our greenhouses are open for in-person visits. We do our best to keep updating our inventory of products online so you can get a sense of the products we carry and have in stock. For those who cannot visit the store or do not feel comfortable doing so, please email us with your order at info@robertplantegreenhouses.com and we will do our best to accomodate a curbside pickup or delivery.




Do you offer delivery?


Yes, we offer a delivery service! Rates start at $35.00 & up depending on your location. Ask an associate in-store for details, or email us for more information.




Do you still offer landscaping services?


Unfortunately, we no longer offer full landscape design services. However, we are happy to help with tree planting and to assist you by giving quality suggestions for your home. Come to see us in-store with photos of your property, and our experts can give you some suggestions on what to plant.




Do you sell gift cards?


Yes! Gift cards can be purchased in-store, or can be purchased online for mailout. We mail gift cards free of charge using Canada Post.




Are you still available for gardening advice and questions?


Definitely! Visit us in-store during our regular business hours and staff will be happy to assist you.




How often do you re-stock products?


All the time! We get new houseplant arrivals on a weekly basis. Annuals are stocked throughout the entire Spring season. We receive new perennials, shrubs and trees every week.




What payment methods do you accept?


We accept all major debit and credit cards, cash and we accept TAP contact-less payments.




How can I use my gift card?


Visit us in-store to use your gift card at any time. To use them for an online order, simply bring your card with you at the time of pickup and we will refund your online order for the gift card amount.




Do you offer tree planting services?


Yes, we offer planting services for trees purchased in-store. Ask an associate for details.




Do you accept pre-orders for Spring annuals and vegetables?


No, we do not accept any pre-orders for any annuals or vegetables.




Do you sell perennials, shurbs and trees?


Yes! We carry a large selection of perennials, shurbs and trees in our outdoor yard at the garden center. Visit us during our regular business hours to view and purchase. We will do our best to continue updating our website so that you can view the current selection that we have available in-store.




What are your COVID guidelines?


The safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. That's why we are implementing guidelines to ensure a safe visit such as requiring masks to be worn at all times (no exceptions), physical distancing and more. Please read out COVID-19 Policy page for more details.




Are you dog-friendly?


Yes! You are welcome to bring your dog on a leash for a visit to our garden center. Make sure to snap a few pictures of them and tag us on social media! Keep in mind we do have 2 roaming chickens who sometimes wonder the greenhouses.
